Club Management Team Leader

Hours of Commitment: 5 hours per week

Job Description

The Club Management Team Leader reports and work directly with the Editor in Chief of Keystone Yearbook. As a team leader, the chosen candidate will manage a team of 2-3 to maintain communication and engagement between Keystone Yearbook and WLU clubs. The Club Management Team Leader will be responsible for the club relations and ensuring that WLU clubs/organizations are able to meet the expected deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication and email clubs within WLUSU
• Keep records of club interactions, community involvement and on-campus events
• Create campus relations with clubs in WLUSUP and WLUSU to seek opportunities for collaboration that offers value for both Keystone yearbook and WLU
• Work closely with the Events Team Leader to plan comprehensive scheduling for club events and managing of photographers
• All members of Keystone Yearbook are required to contribute to the creation of pages for the Keystone Yearbook

Qualifications & Requirements

• Great organization and communication skills
• Technologically savvy with interest in online communication
• Takes initiative with the ability to work well with little supervision
• Flexible in critical thinking and problem solving
• Experience in Adobe Suite at an intermediate to advance level
