The Production Manager‘s responsibilities are (but are not limited to):
- Producing pre-recorded on air content for ads, promos and other content
- Assist and direct production assistants in creating ads, promos and other content
- Assist on air volunteers who need to pre-record their show do so, either by pre-recording it themselves or delegating the task to a production assistants
- Assisting (or delegating assistance to) WLUSP volunteers in creating prerecorded content on a case by case basis (radio documentaries)
- Assisting and coaching pre-recording volunteers in creating content for on air.
- Training DJs in production software
